I suoi primi risultati datano del 2005 dove raggiunse un final table all’EPT di Barcellona.
Con più di $600.000 in vincinte nella sua breve carriera, Dario si è ben presto affermato come uno specialista del Pot Limit Omaha: “Il PLO é un gioco di azione, adrenalinico e divertente, ma anche molto tecnico e dalle mille sfaccettature. Me ne sono innamorato subito e da quando ho notato che era un gioco molto diffuso nelle partite high-stakes ho deciso di provare a cimentarmi quasi esclusivamente in questa specialitá con lo scopo dichiarato di diventare il migliore”.
